Most people booking a skip bin are doing it for the first time in years. This page walks through it end to end: choosing, booking, delivery, filling and collection.

Old furniture, whitegoods and appliances, mattresses, household junk, and garage or shed clean-outs.
Tree branches, grass clippings, leaves, shrubs and green waste generally.
Timber, plasterboard, tiles, flooring materials, cabinets and fixtures.
Concrete, bricks, rubble, roofing materials and scrap metal.
Office furniture, shop fit-out waste, warehouse clean-outs and packaging materials.
Home renovations, bathroom and kitchen renovations, moving house, spring cleaning, garden landscaping, building and construction work, office refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, rental property clean-ups and deceased estate clearances.
Small household clean-ups, garden waste, DIY projects. Roughly 8 to 10 wheelie bins.
Kitchen and bathroom renovations, furniture removal, garage clean-outs. The 4m³ is the most commonly booked bin in Brisbane.
Large home renovations, construction waste, roofing materials, commercial projects.
Demolition, factory clean-ups, large commercial sites and multi-room renovations. Our largest bin.
Available on selected bins. The door drops open so heavy material can be wheelbarrowed in at ground level rather than lifted over the wall.
The whole thing takes a few minutes online. If you'd rather talk it through, ring 07 3067 8902 and we'll book it for you.
You don't need to be home, provided the access is clear and the drop point is obvious. If placement matters, say so when you book. Something like "behind the gate, not on the front slab" saves a phone call.
Before the truck arrives: move cars off the driveway, check for low branches and power lines above the drop point, and make sure the surface is solid and reasonably level. Soft or wet ground is a genuine problem, because a loaded bin will sink and then can't be collected.
You'll get a delivery window rather than an exact time. Traffic and access problems on earlier jobs move the schedule around, and no operator who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.
Load flat heavy items along the bottom, then fill the gaps with smaller things. Break down furniture and flatten boxes. A packed bin holds noticeably more than one that's had everything thrown in loose, and the difference can be the difference between one bin and two.
Keep it level with the rim. Anything above that can't legally be transported, and the driver will either ask you to pull the excess out or charge for a return trip.
If rain is forecast and you're filling with green waste, load as close to collection as you can. Wet clippings weigh close to double dry ones, and that's a fast way into an excess weight charge.

A day is usually enough. For a 6m³ or 9m³, or for a weekend, give us a bit more notice.
Yes. Ring before the scheduled collection and we'll move it.
If we haven't delivered yet, we'll change it. If it's already there and it's too small, we can arrange a second bin, though it's cheaper to get the size right upfront.
Bins sit on skids and drivers can put timber underneath on request. Mention it when you book if the surface is decorative or older concrete.
Size, waste type and suburb, with delivery and collection included. Excess weight and extended hire are the only possible extras, and we explain both upfront.
Only once the refrigerant gas has been recovered by a licensed technician. Tell us if fridges or air conditioners are going in.
No. It has to go through a licensed asbestos removalist under Queensland law. If you suspect asbestos in a pre-1990 building, stop work and get it tested.
